We are seeking an experienced and passionate self-employed Commercial Mechanic who is looking for a varied role including a full range of servicing, safety inspections, repair work, and general maintenance. We are a major MOD contractor and trailer manufactures agent and can offer a varied and diverse role, working on a whole range of vehicles from Land Rovers to HETs.

Full time position – standard hours (not shift), some overtime, pay commensurate to experience and efficiency, and a good environment with a happy crew!

We are seeking an accounts support person who has previous knowledge and experience of bookkeeping and administration. This person will support our accounts department in range of tasks such as:

  • Invoicing
  • Receipts
  • Purchases
  • Estimate Typing
  • Data Entry
  • Ad Hoc Admin Duties

Computer experience essential!

This position is based on two days per week, 9am to 3.30pm, One day must be a Thursday but the other day can be negotiable.

--Commercial Mechanic/HGV Technician Apprentice --

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Commercial Mechanic/HGV Technician Apprentice. For the

successful candidate, duties will include:

• HGV Inspections

• HGV Servicing

• HGV Repairs/Maintenance

You will join a small team of experienced and knowledgeable commercial mechanics who will help support and guide your practical learning, alongside your theory at your college course. You will have the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills and technical knowledge and put these into practice in a safe environment.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, an enthusiasm for learning and will have a commitment to their apprenticeship, both within the workplace and in the classroom. This role would suit someone who is diligent and hardworking.

This will be a full time position (not shift) and pay rates will equate to the apprenticeship guidelines.

Training providers can be discussed during the interview process.

Candidate Requirements:

• GCSE Level 9-4 (A*- C) in English and Maths.

• Keen interest and passion for HGV vehicles

• Organised and Diligent

• Able to multitask and problem-solve

• Good written and verbal communication skills

We have an exciting opportunity within our Paint and Body workshop for a Trainee Body and Paint Sprayer.

This is an entry level role for someone who wants to learn these new skills. You will have

the opportunity to learn from our experienced and knowledgeable staff within our busy and versatile workshop.
